Julien Fayard is an acclaimed winemaker whose work spans some of the most respected vineyards and appellations in California. Rooted in a deep respect for terroir and tradition, Fayard brings a thoughtful, Old World–inspired approach to modern California winemaking—crafting wines that are expressive, balanced, and unmistakably tied to place.

Drawing on his international training and hands-on experience across multiple regions, Julien Fayard focuses on precision in the cellar and restraint in winemaking. His philosophy emphasizes vineyard expression over excess, allowing site, climate, and vintage to lead the story. The result is a portfolio of wines defined by elegance, clarity, and a sense of purpose—bottles that speak to both craftsmanship and character.
