The 2016 Proprietary White is the sixth vintage of mountain fruit Sauvignon blanc to be produced from Melka's vineyard at 2,300 foot elevation in Knights Valley.
Aromatics include lemon peel, white plum and nectarine, with notes of stony fruits like white peach, and underlying tones of toasted almonds and May flowers. One of the most striking aromatic profiles of this wine to date.
