The nose offers blackcurrant aromas with notes of damp earth, wild myrtle and a hint of volcanic minerality. On the palate, these aromatics expand into black and purple berries, black raspberries with boysenberries and black cherries, with warm notes of cedar and tobacco. On the finish is sweet clove, blackberries and fresh brown sugar.
